  記： oh.... I forget to bring the coins for the toll.

  note: toll 最常見到的是指過路費。比方說你在美國開上high way, 你可能會經過一段路是要你交tolls. 下面的圖就是Florida State的Toll的標示。

  note: toll在北美還有一種意思，是指長途電話的費用。

  note. 可以使建築物倒塌，也可以說是推翻政權( to overthrow a government)。也是常在政治新聞類看到的詞彙。

  記: topple is to make the top to down.

  ex. At 228 Memorial day, some people attempt to topple the  Chiang Kai-shek statues.

  ex. The French revolution aimed to topple the theocracies and absolute monarchies is one of the most important events in human history.

  note: torment 與 torture 一樣都是當作折磨的意思，也是滿常使用的字，但torment的意思還更進一層，那就是指重複性的折磨。

  note: torture 的字根 tort具有扭轉的意思，把人扭轉，就是折磨人。 之前學過的單字還有 distort v.變形 extort v.勒索

  note: 有一款BT軟體叫 µTorrent (BitTorrent client). 早期還滿紅的，因為是個很輕小的軟體。根據官網的說法 µTorrent is a little over 1 MB (smaller than a digital photo!). It installs ultra-fast and will never hog your valuable system resources.
