字源:L negōtiātus (ptp. of negōtiārī to trade), equiv. to negōti(um) business (neg- not + ōtium leisure) + -ātus -ate

neg是not的意思,而otium是悠閒,而沒有休閒就是暗指你要做工作啦!也就是L. negotium = business

而後來就演化成negotiate v.談判
