claim

claim：legitimated ＝ hypothesis：confirmed
聲稱(沒有)被合法化 ＝ 假設(沒有)被證實

lien：claim ＝ subpoena：command
扣押權是一種要求權 ＝ 傳票是一種命令

The right to hold or sell the property of a debtor as security or payment for a debt or duty

   lien是一種權力，可以"持有"或"賣出"債務人財產，以當作"償還債務或義務"保證
