德拉古（Draco，生卒年不詳，一般被認為是公元前7世紀）是古希臘政治家，立法者。他曾統治雅典，於公元前621年整理雅典法律，並寫出一部完整的法典。該法典因限制了貴族的違法亂紀而受到一部分人的歡迎，但該法極其殘酷，規定所有罪行均處死刑。他的繼任者梭倫將他的法典廢除，只保留有關謀殺的部分。後人常用德拉古式（Draconian）一詞來形容嚴酷刑律。
