德拉古(Draco,生卒年不詳,一般被認為是公元前7世紀)是古希臘政治家,立法者。他曾統治雅典,於公元前621年整理雅典法律,並寫出一部完整的法典。該法典因限制了貴族的違法亂紀而受到一部分人的歡迎,但該法極其殘酷,規定所有罪行均處死刑。他的繼任者梭倫將他的法典廢除,只保留有關謀殺的部分。後人常用德拉古式(Draconian)一詞來形容嚴酷刑律。
