discourse

dis-course(=cur;run)

n.演講,講道討論 (長篇,正式)[ a formal, serious lengthy discussion of a subject in speech or writing]

discredit

v. 的名聲 [ to injure the credit or reputation of]

 ex. corruption can discredit a politician.

v.使不足信 [destroy confidence in]

  ex. : Later research discredited earlier theories

----------------------------------------

       cret

discern   v. [To perceive with the eyes or intellect]
      ex.to discern between fact and rumor

discernment   n.

discernible   a.能識別的 [capable of being discerned; distinguishable.]

discrete   a.不連續的 [apart or detached from others]

discreet   a.

                n.斟酌(或行動)的自由、處理權  [freedom of judgment or choice]
